Title: Marine glow engine plumbing

OS 20 Max - What are all the input/output nozzles for? I'm  used to diesel motors. help please. {:-{

im assuming your on about the nozzles on the cylinder head ? if so there the water cooling intake out takes

Yes theyre water inlet and outlets,go in at the bottom and out at the top fitting this makes sure you have no air trapped in the cooling cap so allows the cap to fully fill with water  ok2 ok2.

Thanks for your help, but, the problems I have are with the crankcase & silencer connections.

can you post a picture?
There should not be much difference between glow and diesel motors

What problems with the crank case and silencer are you having? A little more detail on your issue would be handy to suggest a fix.
