A very difficult one to call as there is so many variables, weigh of boat including batts, prop size, batt capacity, windage and any undercurrent will also play a part.

1 whats the weight of it
2 The length
3 Width
4 batt weight

this would help us help you

The total weight of the boat without the esc and motors is 7kg, it is a twin hull each hull is 60cm x 8cm

A pair of 15 volt 385 motors will do nicely.  For simplicity, ACTion's P94

will sort out speed control and steering.
With 35mm props (one LH, one RH) this will give very adequate performance plus a bit for luck.  If you don't want the full speed available, thats why the transmitter has a stick rather than a switch, it is possible to run at less than full speed.
