can get same boat in model shop in hull ready to run 200 pound thats a pit suspect on ebay

With seller information of 0. It might be an eBay newbie. With a start bid of one euro and not realising they can put a minimum reserve. Or they may not know what is the minimum they will accept.
Also not realising that they are making themselves look suss for asking too little. Reality is he would probably want a lot more.
