now that lord taylor mp has been found guilty of fraud wondering what prison he will end up in a month in the hilton or ritze unless he offers to pay back at £2 per week
-
Tip of iceburg. Most will get away.Hope so called lord Hanningfied gets his just reward. It appears the defence is that everyone else
was doing it, so why cant i.
-
Well now HMP Ford has had a riot I wonder where they will send them?
-
Ideally to Ford. He can help rebuild it. Will probably be the first time in his life that he works and certainly does something useful.John. PS That will make space for the rest of the Mps yet to come.
-
i hear hmp dartmoor has a few places just fitting for bent mp s !
-
A few places may yet prove to be not enough. The police are still deciding if further prosecutions can be brought.John.
-
if it were ordinary members of the public they wouldnt hesitate to lock us up !
-
Sadly that is all to true. One law for the rich at our expense. Another for the poor that Mps have made us .John.

A few places will be plenty. I have no objection to packing lots and lots of them in to a restricted space. It makes it easier to keep an eye on them.

IF he goes to jail will he forfit his title of lord or if not will he have a criminal record
-
i think its automatic loss of title if / when they are incarcerated at the queens pleasure . reckon we should be able to have at least three to a cell ? then make them work for free while they are serving there sentence .
-
If an MP is sentenced to more than a year he loses his post.Less he remains an hounrable? member. For a Lord there is no way of
removing his title. No matter how long a sentence.Archer being a case still a lord. Perhaps, maybe. doubtfully this time some action
might be taken to alter the law. Unlikely as it might affect lords yet to be fully investigated. Turkeys voting for Christmas syndrom.
John.
