For those of you who can remember the 1960,s,..and perhaps those that can,t,...Can you give the connection,between ..the Vietnam War,  and Eric Burdon

Dunno about Vietnam but Eric Burdon had a band formed in 1969 originally called Eric Burdon and War later called War

Thats it Richard :-)) :-))  It has been the most requested song ever,having been played to the GI,s in Vietnam,more than 10,000,in all the time they were there,and it is doing quite well in the American zones of Iraq and Afghanistan,...still earning dosh for Eric,

or any war mate, what ever side they happen to be on I think the majority of combat troops would rather be elsewhere
