Post by: Number 6 on March 07, 2011, 09:11:02 am
Hi there all, have been doing some travelling over the last month or so whilst getting information for my Severn Class Lifeboat build. Here are some of the vessels I've seen on my travels.   Many thanks to the RNLI stations and crews at Holyhead and Moelfre for letting me loose on board.
myself on Moelfre's Tyne Class Lifeboat.                                    10 one same as MSW 'Range Safety' at Holyhead.
Holyhead's Severn Class.                                                         11 'Lolipop' mussell boat at Bangor, would make an interesting model, hmmm.
old Watson(?) at Bangor Marina.                                              12 BS-8 Valente at Bangor.
St.Marys Severn Class at Holyhead Boatyard.
ex-Tyne Class at Bangor.
ex-Arun now 'Irish Mist' being worked on at Holyhead.
is interesting, looks bit like old SAR boat??
P163 'Express' at Holyhead.
Sentinel UK Border Agency boat at Holyhead.
