Can anyone work out from this page http://shop.traplet.com/about/info.aspx
the cost of posting a plan to the UK?
As far as I can see it could be anything from £2.95 to £9.95 :((

No, mate - but there's nothing that Traplet do that can surprise me these days. After a whole series of cock-ups* we finally stopped placing feature ads when their credit controller rang up chasing non-payment for an advert that wasn't due to be published for a year. Someone had input the whole year's ad orders incorrectly and the CC hadn't the wit to tell the difference between an order number and an invoice............and she was really nasty until I pointed out her error.
And then there was the incident of them publishing the wrong ad entirely...............for a P97 audio amplifier...........in the Submarine Special.
Oyveh.

There Must be an error here somewhere £9.95 to send a plan only costs £8.22 for up to 4KG parcel 1st class ?. Also $10.00 US works out at roughly £ 6.45 so according to this its cheaper to have it shipped to the US..??

Traplet have a distrubution office in the US to handle North and South American orders. So I guess, the US Postal Service charges less than Royal Mail.

Fair point, Had not thought about that.

Just phoned them, its an error on the website.
At the bottom of the page where it says "parts and accessories" it shouldread "plans and accessories"
They are going to sort it
LOL

Thanks guys I didn't fancy paying £9.95 to post a plan costing £14 {-)
I'm not sure if I will order the plan, but more likely to now.
At the bottom of the page where it says "parts and accessories" it shouldread "plans and accessories" - but this doesn't explain the explicit entry which under a heading "Plans" it has postage £9.95 as Roadrunner quoted.

true but under "Parts and Accessories" it does say Plans & Parts under which is the postage costs for plans according to traplet

As I said - pretty confusing :-)) If I decide to order I will obviously phone them to confirm.
