Excellent attention to detail, I love the flat aluminium finish. This looks like a real one. I assume it is a working model?

That really is nice, all that detail and detail means weight, what motors etc have you used ?.

Len, very envious !.

I am glad that you guys thought that it is ok,

Big Ada / unbuilt nautilus.

Yes she is aworking model, not quite finished the electronics in her yet but she has four double entry centrifugal lift fans that are scratch built running on a 4 ball bearing raced scratch built shafts that are powered by a 2:1 reduction belt drive being powered by a speed 600 brushed motor, two fans per side and 1 motor port and staboard, each unit is built as an assembly and can be removed as a complete unit ie motor reduction and two fans.

The thrust ducts will have 2 brushless motors running the 4 bladed props again through scratch built ball bearing raced shafts.

I intend to put a gas turbine sound unit in her.

Both fore and aft ramps are moveable through servos and spring tensioned bowden cables.

the cabin is fully detailed even down to working radar screens I will try and upload a vid or pic of them working.

She is not all that heavy as all the superstructure is made from flat styrene sheet

Regards and thanks for the nice comments and intersest.
Sub.
