Hello.
Also This Year the IOS held a unofficial meeting in Uetersen Germany at 21 and 22 of may.
We where guest of the modeling club of Uetersen.
They get a perfect sailing location nearby the Hotel Rosarium.
In one of the conferentie rooms (stadshalle) were our models during the evening and night.
Saturday it was a sunny day so all models sailed many ours.
It was a perfect combination of sailing location-model location and the hotel.
There where 67 offshore models.
I was very honored with the visit of the real capt of the Maersk Master.
And geting positive reaction of the real capt brings me the insperation to made my models.
I started the topic and hope more IOS memebers and visitors of our meeting will upload more photos..

I have no interest in actually building one of these types of vessel, but some of the ones shown in these
photographs are absolutely stunning and a credit to their builders. You could almost be looking at the real thing.
