For those in the UK that missed tonight's " James May's Toy Stories - The Great Train Race" on BBC2 at 8.00pm it is on BBC I Player.

Excellent program.

was that the programme where they reconstructed a section of closed line and ran 3 model trains along it.

Watched it on i player this morning, very good. Have also been enjoying the latest series of 'Richard Hammonds Engineering Connections' too. Like the LNG carrier one, that's given me another idea for my 8ft supertanker hull!! Dave.  :-))

What was the story with the train that dramatically exploded?!?!
It was running on sauerkraut wine Martin, apparently a volatile and obnoxious fuel.(http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p8/DickyD_photos/drinking25.gif)
