Finally decided to change the name on my Caldercraft puffer from Northlight for 2 reasons:-
1. The boats with a name "......light" usually had funnels painted red, white and black and I couldn't be bothered repainting this!
2. The transfers were always visible and looked like they had a greyish background in photos.
I have now used plastic letters and called the boat "Jura"

The marks where the transfers were still show slightly on the pics but have now been removed.

And a good film it was too, I also liked The Maggie - perhaps that's where my liking for Puffers came from. :-))
