Title: SHG - home or holiday?

Hello folks, could anyone advise as to whether Jerome / Sue of S.H.G. are operating as normal or are they taking a little time out?  Have sent a couple of emails but as yet no reply - maybe just very busy don't know. Can anyone shed any light please?
