Title: Identifying a vintage model
Post by: Beeky on July 23, 2011, 03:02:29 pm
I recently found a metal hull sailing boat in an antique/junk shop. The trademark (situated on the bow) was a gold diamond shape edged in red with a big red B and then Boats in black written across it. The hull is I think aluminium and the deck rivetted to the hull) is wood.

Can anyone recognise this trademark. The hull is in pretty poor condition and I want to restore it and give it a mast and some sails but I don't want to do it before I have tried to get a picture of the original. can anyone help. I have also include a picture of the hull as it is now.
