I require a 6v 540 size motor reving at 15000rpm, with as low an ampage pull as possible. Have looked on various websites, but most dont give the load/ no load ampage,

They wont give the load amps, because it depends on the load, current at maximum efficiency is a load that reduces RPM to about 75% of unloaded RPM.
RPM follows voltage so a 12 volt motor that does 30000 RPM will do 15000 RPM at 6 volts etc.
