well I went to southport on sunday to the woodvale show.
got there sunday lunchtime and was asked on the main gate for £30 for a family ticket, the lady told me that gets me in for the two days (the show runs sat and sun) {:-{
very poor turn out in the shopping village, model stalls, car boot and the auto jumble.
model boat display was very good, model railways very good, model car racing very good, also the air display was great.
been going to this show for the last 28 years and affraid will not be going again, by the time i put the fuelin the car,food and drinks, rides on the funfair, 4 x ice creams and paying to get in i spents £162 for 5 hrs in a show and thats without buying anything from the stalls.
just think the two day ticket on a sunday is a bit much.
