Title: Material for WTC ends

Can someone advise me where to obtain the white material used for WTC ends as I wish to construct my own WTCs.
I have the tube but cannot source or know of the material I really need for the ends except it to be solid and approx 15mm depth to allow for an "O" ring
I have always bought complete made up WTCs in the subs I have made so far but feel its time to make my own.
