Title: Old MFA motors
Post by: Inkmark on September 15, 2011, 05:18:55 pm
Hi Guys
Going through some old stuff and found a couple of the old MFA hummingbird motors,
a 20 and a 30, they were used on 6V in my old boats.
However the old grey cells seem to think that max voltage was 9.6V, I seem to remember
the fly boys using 8 cell packs in the early days.
Can anyone shed any light on the specifications and max voltages for these motors please.
I won't actually be using them, this is just for cataloging purposes.
Thanks
Mark
