Hi geoff8546,
Are you looking for ready built or do you want a build project?
I have new hull and plan set for "Lady Daphne". hull length 45" overall length 65", as well as finished model.
See build blog in Yacht and Sail - "Getting to grips with Lady Daphne"  :-))
I bought the second hull and plan set with the intention of building a another but space is not available now.
Regards
John

Hi Geoff, My mate has perhaps the ideal project for you. Built from plans from magazine, looks like about 36". Sitting unused/unloved in dry garage, no sails. I`ll get him to send you a picture ASAP. Regards Duncan

larry , why not make your own ? my fishing smack has a suit of sails made from white cotton bought from fabric land ( branches in most towns )  kindly hemed by my gf !

Larry - why not make your own?!

My suggested ideal is to make, test and prove a nice set of sails out of something meltable - like umbrella Nylon (there is a LOT of sail material being thrown away this week)  cutting with a hot soldering iron both cuts and seals the edge perfectly (I also lay little reinforcing corners in the corners and they get cut out and welded into place in the same process)  Make holes with same iron.

THEN bring out the sea island cotton and make a beautiful set (or encourage a sewing expert to do so).  I have about 10 sheets of draughting linen with the size washed out - brilliant, but I am still using up old polycotton shirts, etc.  You can still hot-cut poly cotton up to about 50% cotton as long as you de-hair the cotton strands which stick out of the seam - the polyester melts and seals the cut perfectly.

larry those sils dont look bad , when you attach the main to the boom and put a little tension on the sails they will look even better ! with the forcast looking better for this weekend maybe you can get to a lake to test them properly ?

No main boom TJ but the sprit could take a bit of the slack up
and a bit of a breeze in the sails would show the barge looking good.

Larry - the sails look fine.  As  people have said it is the hanging of them that makes them look a bit sub-optimal.

However with the wind in them and a little adjustment they will be and look, great
