We met last weekend at camping ground Humboldtsee. This lake is an old coal mine who was closed at the end of the 60`s. The depth is round about 17m in the middle. If you like, I can post a few images more.

Nice pictures, too bad about finding the net, could have been nasty. I like "Bumpi" the springer :-))
-
Nice pic's Sascha :-)) :-)) :-))
-
Very nice pics and a good venue.
Is that a net or pond weed?
-
Thanks for your kind words. No that is pond weed. There was much of them in there. But the weed on my Tijgerhaai was camouflage :embarrassed:

Lovely video. I like the calm, reflecting surface.
Some of the shots look as if you are running the sub in a river or alongside a moving boat? How did you do it?

More importantly...tell us about the invisible man in the rowing boat !!! %%
-
@David: This part is recorded from a rowing boat. My girlfriend was rowing :embarrassed: and I drived the Tijgerhaai with one hand and recorded with the other %% You need a lot of film material to get a few usable scenes.
@arrow: I will search you more pics from the rowing boat. I´ts a experimental boat from Christian Feldmann. He use 4 servos to row controlled by a small electronic.

Thanks Sascha for quick reply. How do we suspend a pair of sunglasses and a Fedora hat to complete the illusion ?

Excellent photos and video. I do like the waterline shots and would love to be able to take some like that at our regattas. Trouble is that with my wee short legs they'd be submerged shots!
