Google "Vanguard Model Marine" and/or "The Hobby Centre"+Ottawa. They have a 1/72 scale River Class set of drawings (if you want to scratch build). I have builders drawings for Prestonian Class which I can get copied for cost plus postage at your preferred scale. send me a PM and I'll describe what I have.
Cheers

Greetings Frodo
I served on a Prestonain class frigate HMCS Beacon Hill, 1964-76 built a 1/48 scale model of her five years ago and still have the GA drawings..
The GRP hull at 1/72 scale is just now available from Jonathan Evans living in Bradford Ontario...
he is a superb craftsman and used my GA drawinghs to create the mould..
