The club has been at its purpose built pond for over 20 years, but the club has been in existence since 1983. The site is shared with Southport Model Engineering Club who offer the public model train rides throughout the year. Our site is Jubilee Pond on Rotten Row in Southport. The clubs regular sailing times are Wednesday and Sunday mornings, although the pond is open to members and the public 7 days a week  24 hours a day.

The club meets regularly on Wednesday and Sunday mornings each week.

For members the club has off road parking and toilet facilities.

I'm hoping to get over there some time this year.

Greetings all,
     Southport model boat club is still at "Rotten Row" Southport and running well, we have a new committee and the Secretary has built a new website. The club still meets on every Wednesday and Sunday morning we also are having a number of bring and buy sales this year, I have posted a list of the dates and the theme for the open days under the "Club event section" but I will re post the dates later today (I don't have them to hand at the minute).
