Hi..
Not had this very long, using it for 3S li-po batts. I notice there is a program for li-po charge and li-po ballance charge. On li-po charge, battery seems to charge and the cells seem to be monitered as you can check this via the display. The same seems to happen with the li-po ballance charge program, so whats the difference ? Is the ballance charge just to ballance the cells or does it charge the batt at the same time as well? Which program should I be using. ????
Thanks.

Yeh. Got the manual, its not much help.....
If anyone has used one of these chargers perhaps they could advise which program to use for li-po charging..
Many thanks

Try the youtube one, it says you need to balance charge when the battery has more than one cell.

You need to balance charge your lipos - not sure why you would want to charge lipos without balancing them. And yes it does charge as well :-))
Good to have you back on duty Richard :-)

I balance every charge but I've read it's not always necessary on every charge maybe every 2 or 3 charges, I'm guessing it's faster to charge without balancing. You can get one of those $5 digital testers to see if the cells are in line.
