I've done a Huntsman in 70ties from a Precedent wooden kit, scale 1/12. So I have b/w-pics only.
Happy New Year to all. Wish it will be good!

Hi Promocean
I have just googled Neuschwanstein Castle
Do you sail at Alpsee and/or Schwansee? Both look great to sail on. O0 :}
At first I thought there was a big lake at the castle but that looks a bit weedy.

Hi Dave,
It's been a while since I visited Bavaria, but when I was there, the pond at the Hohenschwangau castle was so weedy, the ducks could walk on it...
Access to both lakes is good, if you have sufficient battery capacity, you can (almost) circumvent the Alpsee on foot, walking your boat.
Almost, because the northern shore doesn't have a footpath close to the shore, so keeping an eye on your model would be somewhat of an issue.
Having FPV on board would solve that.
The smaller Schwansee is easier in that respect, but you'd have to do some cross country as well.
Regards, Jan.
