3 million pounds to convert a room to separate quarters, and to add an individual air system in it just incase one of them happens to get pregnant while on board ship? And its going to take them five years at least to do it?

if the submarine is tracked by enemy sonar dont the crew still have to remain quiet to avoid being tracked? wouldn't this kind of hinder the chance of survivability
