1. What are you determined to accomplish?
2. What model boat projects are you going to finish?

I am determined to watch as little of the Olympics as possible.

1. Fist of all, get over this damned cough (lied up 4 days now). >:-o
Get back into actually restart building model boats.
2. ReBuild 2 Seaport tugs for free sailing at Wicksteed.

Finish off my King Midas(Auric Rex),finish off the remaining crew for the HMS Cyclops;repaint my Billings Neptune and possibly buy one of those Polish MTB kits. :-))

Hopefully finish a second boat, so I can take an alternative to the club when sailing {-) {-) {-)

Many things I'm determined to do this year:
1: Finally give my bike it's 15,000 mile service (services due every 5,000, it's now on 18,900...)
2: replace the bent prop shaft, incorrect prop, and incorrect rudder on the corvette
3: BUY MORE BATTERIES! So I can use more than 1 boat at a time.
4: Finish both ducks for the race.
5: Build the big pop pop boat.
6: And hopefully start on my Revell Type VII-C conversion.
Oh and 7: I hope to build a concept stealth destroyer
There I think that's it, should keep me busy for a year, or 2.

this year iam going to finish my sea queen and find a tug to refurbish for under a 100 quid becuse thats how much birthday money i got yesterday {-) {-) {-) {-)

Sorry Dicky, according to the apocalypse brigade the Mayan calendar ends on 21/12/2012.
So were all DOOMED.

EVERY afternoon? Including weekdays?
As for the Mayan calendar - I got a calendar from my milkman- it definitely goes right through to the end of December.

Reading this thread has made my mind up! After 2 years absence from the lake due to family ilnesses, I'm going to ruddy well rejoin the local club and actually make it to some of the weekend steering competitions. I have trophies for 2nd and 3rd and I want a 1st!

i am going to start my large scale atlantic 85, i am also going to complete my puffer, complete my ' mock' steam launch, refurb my exploration submersible and also stick a size 12 boot up my son for him to complete his motor yacht in time for the new seasons regattas and shows !
i will also enroll in flying lessons with a few gloucester old spots !!!!

1. Getting through a BMPRS race without requiring the service of the rescue boat {-) {-) {-)
2. Two boat builds for the May and June issues of Model Boats mag.....an A class ASP 46 powered craft and a D class build using my Waverider Navaho hull and Alro tuned Zen 26 :} :o

hi all, this year im going to keep saying (im alive im alive) after getting through bowel cacer in 2011 and got the all clear in november, on 23rd dec 2011 travelling south on A19 an artiulated wagon overtook me and a large chipping put my windscreen out, got it replaced on my insurance on 29th dec then it leaked water terrible,, got it replaced on newyears day at 10am,, then on 2nd jan 2012 at 7am in the morn i left home for a weeks shooting hols in central scotland, i had just got on the A1 at causey park, south of alnwick i hit a section of black ice, skidded over 50 yrds hit the central barrier then spun off to the left then ended up burried into a tree in a farmers field, with only a few cuts and bruises, so if luck is still on my side i need to finish my models off that are on the building tables before (THE WORLD ENDS THIS CHRISTMAS) {-) {-) %% so some nutter says, O0 on that one mile stretch of A1 there were over 17 crashes inc spin offs and multiple pile ups from 7am to 8.30am (NO BLOODY GRITTERS) IT MADE A FULL PAGE IN THE JOURNAL 3RD JAN,,, so im looking for another car at the mo,,, {-) {-) ANY ONE GOT A CHEEP JEEP FOR SALE {-) {-)
