South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum
Dakota Way, Airbourne Road,
Doncaster. DN4 7FB
Sat Nav DN4 7NW
Just noticed nothing about this event on the calendar. Not sure whether it will post there or not..but here goes... Nope it just started a topic..Martin, how do we add events on the calendar - is it through you 'Oh mighty one..' %%. Likewise the Ellesmere Port show, NWW etc are not on the calendar and its a bit of a search finding events - can we get the calendar updated?

Thanks for posting Martin, nice to see your smiling face at the show..and someone with a 'proper' camera rather than my tiny thing - excellent photo's.
A big thank you to all who contributed to the Help 4 Heroes charity which raised £50 on the weekend. Thanks to Chris Jen Mandy & Rex for taking the time to travel all the way up from God knows where..?..the Flatlands of Norfolk with HERMES & NIMITZ and other top models...Saw to many faces form all over the UK to mention -all I can say is thanks for taking the time to chat....Well done CADMA on another well run show, regards Cloggie.
-
Was that Egyption raft thing sail or electric?
It was sail driven - each of the sails seemed to have a shaft going through the deck to two
independantly adjustable servoes underneath - the sails rotated through 180°

HI again Martin thank you for your kind words sir on my build an you ask about the name of the red an white pole mast well this is what i was told
it is the Belknap pole. name after CG-26 USS BELKNAP when USS KENNEDY had a major collision on the night of November,1975.After the Kenndy's collision with the BELKNAP,a pole mast was added to all U.S. carriers
Thank you FOR YOUR INTREST Martin
