Title: Norwegian Coastal express vessel
Post by: hama on January 25, 2012, 08:56:32 pm
Hello!
Today I got my new kit on the mail. I've been looking at this kit for a few years, and now that my "Smit London" is near it's completion I thought it was time for a purchase. It is a passenger vessel called "Kong Olav", built for the Norwegian coastal express service called "Hurtigruten". She was built in the sixties and is no longer in service. The kit is produced by a company called "Hobbyruten", and they do many of the old vessels. Took some pictures of whats in the box, and now I will lay down in the sofa and read the building instructions!
All the best!
Hama
