Last week, some stainless steel fittings were stolen from Fowey Lifeboat "Maurice and Joyce Hardy"  14-18.

How low can these scrap thieves stoop?

If it was down my way id expect the prop to have gone as well. Sadly even if caught the punishment wont fit the crime.John.

Apparently it was four stainless steel cleats which hold the handrails in place, valued at £150 each..
