..... who's just completred his 'triathlon' in 5 days - that's......................

Monday - cycled 185 miles from Paris  to Calais...
Tuesday - rowed 26 miles across the channel...
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - a marathon each day to finish in Trafalgar square :o

and raised £1,660,198 so far for Sport Relief
