Respected Friends..after seeing a posting here in Mayhem, i was too inspired to make a tiny, chubby tug..and this is its realization..she is 22 cms long, and 12 cms wide..and for a tight control, i added a thrust vectoring mechanism, for her, and came excellent in performance..little..yes in built, but she is far powerful and mighty, in performance..as my tests progressed, i found that the hull size is too little to haul big loads..nose pitches a lots..so later i added a counter balance, under her's belly, so became even more stable..
as usual, this time i started with thermocol..
the simple 90 degree thrust vector mechanism..
-
the prop from an aluminum sheet..is from a vessel lid..
-
can see the simple motor mouting, and co axial drive shaft, to the prop..
test time..
-
all body works are based on foam boards..
super structure from paper..
-
painting time..all paints are quick drying polyester based..
sticker from DTP..in A4 paper..
-
now..wrooms..
i love too much her, because of her's chubby appearance..and in water she behaves well..pushing lots of water around..nice experience..
-
most interesting sight is near to the belly..it sqeezes in water..just like a chubby baby..when throttle opens..
and with lights on..

action video..more follows..

Good after noon Martin sir, and all Respected Friends, at the starting point of the work of this little tug, i was not in much expectations, about its nature, balance and stability, above all, the look ..but, the inspiration, and excitement, to make this craft, after seeing one topic here in Mayhem, was endless..so, after my test run, even i was amazed, because of its great torque..for it's size..and excellent maneuverabality..and it was a nice scene to all, and my native prople asked me for a ride with Tx..the excitement was such great..and the people gathred along lakeside, double as usual..and in water the appearance of this little machine was beyond explanations..i told you it seems like a chubby baby..swimming in water..now i am making a pair for her..
yes Norse..previously, after making model, i left it all unattended..but, now i changed my mind..now i keeps all with in my home, in a well cleaned situation, while covered in polyethelene covers..no dust..and took one, or two, each day and RCyits eves..nothing can bring such a happiness in life..and hours of excitements..and here i have only a few to share Rcying..some of them donated to some of my colleagues, who knows the real value of the work..now will add more exciting videos, of little tug, as it tows a big load..now working on barges..and too happy to know that you all loves my little chubby tug..thanks a millions.. :-)) :-)
