The spacing between the bollards is too small to let the van in!

It looks like they were installing the bollards if you look around the bases and its made to look like they have blocked themselves in.
HOWEVER if you look at the last bollard at the bottom you will see it's been put there by photshop or some such thing

Just below the blue direction sign there is what appears to be an arrow on the path....so is the guy with the blue jacket on walking the wrong way ?  :D

Sorry guys saw this a while ago nothing wrong with the picture the bottom bollard looks differant because it is a removable bollard which can be lifted out of the ground to allow access to the area behind the bollards this type of bollard is usualy locked into the ground.

If you zoom in you'll see where the picture has been tampered with
