Post by: Bob K on June 07, 2012, 12:02:26 pm: Yesterday I called Dave at ACTion Electronics to order some modules and connecters. Although he said he was preparing a lot of stuff for a show and might not be able to ship them until Monday, the package arrived this morning. Thank you :-))

Excellent service and quality needs to be noted.

I just take the orders and do the buying and the soldering - it's Super Liz who is responsible for the superfast paperwork, packing and despatch. She even does the VAT!!
Gentlemen - please raise your glasses to our Liz - the fastest order processor in the west! (She makes a mean cuppa, too).

Weds am - reply with all details I need and offer to make up a "special" - "but can't do it 'til next week as getting ready for Doncaster".
Thurs - I confirm order - again warned he can't supply until after Doncaster.
Sat Am - postman calls!

(PS postman says "r/c control gear?" then chats for 10 mins about the boats and planes he and his dad used to build!)
