Title: Traditional Sailing Yacht
Post by: Geoff on June 22, 2012, 01:57:57 pm
I have recently built an old style yacht to sail against my friends original pond yacht from pre 1914. The yackt is called Annalie after my two daughters names (Annabel and Natalie).

I deliberatly built it to the old style with a planked hull and deck. She is just under 6 feet long and just under 7ft high (keel to masthead).

I have tried to attach some pictures during her first sail last weekend in Southend.

Hope this may be of interest.
