Title: Suggestions for a sport/mono 1 boat

I am looking to have a go with fast electric boats and am after suggestions for a setup to meet the following requirements -

General sport use with the possibility of using it for the occasional Mono 1 race
Brushless
Reasonably robust
In the water cost less than £250 excluding receiver, servo and batteries.

I was looking at AsTec's HOR Rocket (https://astecmodels.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=97&products_id=714) ARTR, but he is out of stock.

I fly model aircraft so am reasonably familiar with RC in general.
