As above, anyone here work for carlsberg? I've applied for a job there and looking for hints of things they may ask me and what sort of things they'll be looking for me to say?
Thanks.

If you tell them you are tea total :o ...they may think you are %%..why don't you consider suggesting that for an aperitif with dinner you sometimes may part take in a light red wine or two {-)

Lol that could be a problem, I can't stand carlsberg, vile stuff! Though part of the staff benefits listed is 'a beer allowance'...... probably should've pointed out it's a job in the bottling plant, so advice of how to get a job in marketing is not so helpful lol

Um. It rather depends on what sort of job you've applied for. If you've applied for the CEO position, they'll probably want to have evidence of similar large brewery combines where you have successfully increased market share and profit. If you're working on the brewing floor, they'll probably want to know if you understand the basics of brewing chemistry or bottling mechanics...
For any job, I would expect a candidate to have done a bit of homework and to know something about the position of a company in the marketplace and the particular issues associated with that market sector. So you might want to find out where Carlsberg sells most of its output, and perhaps rehearse a few opinions on social drinking and the legislative/activist/health issues around this....
For general behaviour at job interviews, and elsewhere, I can do no better than to recommend that excellent doyenne of the social arts, Miss Manners. Google her name together with any suitable addition, such as 'job interview'.....

be prepared for unexpected completely unrelated questions.
One favorite is to ask "Tell me about the last book you read"
-
.... or, "Tell me what accomplishment you're most proud of?"

Getting an interview for this job :D

being able to drink 4 pints while standing on your head is not normally considered a valid acomplishment
