Hi All, After much research I have decided that I need a purpose built rack
that will incorporate an Engel 825ml piston tank. I'll also be fitting a bayonet lock
ring. Advice and hints would be much appreciated,Thanks,
Guy.

I went with that option with mine with great success i have posted a link to my thread some pics are missing but most are still there i usued the smaller tank but should have used the 850 the bayonet fitting made it very easy to use and 100% watertight

Thanks for the link Dave, there are some pics that will serve as a good reference.
I have some 4mm acrylic to make the tech rack i am copying this chaps idea which looks straight forward enough as long as i take my time. What could possibly go wrong???? :-\http://media.putfile.com/u47-static-conversion (http://media.putfile.com/u47-static-conversion)
This link is not available, Do you have a copy of the template you used?

I think the likes of Youtube and Vimeo relegated 'putfile' to the history books.
You may find this video interesting- http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=AVDeDeccZS8&feature=endscreen
Also bear in mind that a 750ml tank will get you a very nice waterline, and Ron Perrott has a couple of sets for sale, new in the packet, for half the retail price. Now you could buy a set, sell the other tank on ebay or in the small ads, and use the cash to purchase your bayonet ring, and a few other bits and bobs.

BBDave's tech rack inspired me also. One piece of advise for the bulkheads use polycarbonate, I used Plexiglas first and it fractures quite easily. Here's the link to photos of mine
