Errr, why? - That's the same piece of video as the first link in original post!
For anyone who hasn't clicked a link, it's a 'Brooklands'-style 8-litre Bentley, that has had a Packard 42 litre engine fitted to it (as found in many WWII MTB's and the Curtiss P-40).
If you look closely in the area where you would normally expect to see the running boards, there are a pair of dummy torpedos which are really the oil tanks.

Thanks, I read road test it did answer few questions. This would be quite interesting to see in real. To drive- probably mission impossible {-)

Great fun but, as usual, confusing Packard marine engines with Packard Merlin aero engines. And if he thought that was physical he should have tried a Group 2 Galaxie at 165mph through the Tolworth underpass - needed all three lanes!
