Title: Newboy at Springers.

Hello all. Our small club decided that our 2013 'challenge' would be to build a fun Springer for possible water-footie matches. I have decided to have a go with an old GRP hull I found on Ebay. My idea is to build a 'fleet' (don't know if this would be the correct term!) using one hull but with several made up decks to save precious space in my small workshop whilst giving even more entertainment for the children at our local Lake. Has anyone on this site done this before? Here are my first 2 attempts at this idea. I welcome observations - and suggestions.

Have not done it but somthing I had thought about..
And after using my Club 500 as an ice breaker (Light Ice) definetly thinking about making a springer Ice Breaker..

I too thought about it and made the deck completely removable when I built my 'Zebedee' thirties Tug type springer, but lethargy set in and I've left it alone for about 18 months!
 However this might have stirred a project for 2013.
