Title: Revell 1/72 Type IX-C
Post by: Harquebus on January 16, 2013, 01:55:46 pm
Part of Revell's new releases for 2013. Appears to be depicted as the famed U-505 currently preserved in Chicago Illinois.

Unbelievable companion piece to the Type VII-C.

The best thing about it is, at least its not "another" type 7 or variant thereof!

Precisely!

But then again, it looks like, is derived from and might be often mistaken for a Type VII-C. Very similar looking boats and a truly functional design. I guess if it wasn't broken, the Kriegsmarine didn't fix it. ok2
