Title: Sailing Dinghy with movable crew
Post by: Nordsee on January 28, 2013, 05:04:37 pm
Whilst reading some old Mags, either MB or MMI, I read an article where someone built an RC model of a racing dinghy, and fixed up a system whereby the crew member changed side when tacking. to get the ballast on the correct side, it was quite ingenious, and he had to make the man in a slightly forward crouch  so he passed under the boom. Now, of course, I cannot find the mag and it is annoying me! Does any one remember such an article? I am sure It was here in my collection, but where. oh where!!??
