Hiya everyone,
After researching to make my ASR even more detailed I managed to find the window frame measurements, ( mostly you can see them due to the paint covering them ) I decided to make a set of templates to cut frames from thick card or plastikard. After a little work on Photoshop I have a working set that seem to fit perfectly, so just incase anyone wants any to further enhance the fantastic Deans Marine kit ive added them to a file drop online so you can download them if you wish too. They are in PDF format and if printed 100% on A4 stock should be an exact fit.
Hope it helps someone !

( PS - if the file link stops working message me - it only has a limited amount of time if no one downloads before they remove the files.. ! )

Here are my frames in use on my whaleback, after fitting the frame i added a 1/2 mm square edge round the frames, before sanding themdown slightly to add the slight lifted edge, the only thing to fit now is the little extra bit above the windows ( made from 1 mm strip ) sanded off on the corners and just adding a little lip above the window.
