Title: OLD REVELL 1971 USS FLASHER SUBMARINE.

I am, at the moment into subs. So, managed to get myself a 1:125 scale 1971 Revell sub of WWII USS Flasher rather cheap, all there with some great box graphics.
The kit measures around 21 inches long and is a good size if space is at a premium. The plastic itself is of good quality and easy to put together, ideal, if like me, you're disabled and have trouble with your fingers and hands. The detail is okay, but not as detailed as in more modern made WWII subs I found, although the quality of the plastic is not as good.
Still, nice kit if you like doing subs, there is something to be had if you can get your hands on some old models.

Definately, I picked up a couple of older kits recently (cars not boats) a Matchbox AMT 1:16 '64 mustang and a Tamiya 1:12 JPS lotus F1 car complete with the correct livery (Later releases have the tobacco sponsorship removed)


Have to say the quality of the kits is spot on

I agree, the plastic seems more robust than in more modern models.
