Title: Hats, caps, bonnets etc.
Post by: eddiesolo on March 20, 2013, 11:38:38 am
Was just wondering, as you do, if while by the lake/pond/local sewage farm etc do you wear a hat of some discription?
I wear a faded corduroy Breton cap in a biege colour-A) I feel like the captain of my boat, while not looking like a complete berk and B) It keeps me head warm  :D
So captains, what headgear do you wear?
Si:)

How very true...I just try and make sure that the person is positioned on my right side...I am slighty deaf in that ear...works wonders for the wife, although she has cottoned on and trys to out-manoeuver me...not hard as I move rather slowly these days :((

Fleece bonnet in winter, with ear flaps if its very cold/windy and a baseball type cap in more clement weather.

Baseball cap with fleece lining and ear flaps in the winter, with a Buff for the neck and face if really cold.
Fedora if it is raining in winter.

Baseball cap most of the year.

Straw panama or straw cowboy hat in the heat.

+ Sun screen for 3 seasons.
+ umbrella if rainy season.
