hi Andy that wasnt full throttle the boat is an old pilot that i got off a car boot over 20years ago and forgot about it would have been a plastic kit at one time the gear is just some cheap stuff off ebay i think the motor was 3 quid the speed controler another couple and the battery i got for 6 quid it a 7.2v and i didnt know what i was doing with it just suck it and see moment but its worked out great now looking for 2 more of the same motors as i have a 11.1v battery now and going to try putting them in a huntsman that i also found in the loft but thats the fun of it  {-) {-)

By 'specs' of the model, I just meant the length and weight. It looks like the HFM Pilot launch, that has recently been erelaunched  (no pun intended!) bt Speedline. I just don't know what size it is.
As for the gear, if you can get two hours and that kind of performance, it would be a nice reference for anyone powering the same, or a similar sized model.
