Just seen my first swallow............I know the old saying is A swallow does not a summer make.....................BUT I CAN LIVE IN HOPE {-) {-) {-) {-) {-) {-)

I saw one too yesterday in N Wales. Last year it was the 1st May I saw my first one.

A few over the lake at Cleethorpes today

heard a cuckoo this morning!then I realised it was on the radio.

{-) Down at the lake this morning one of the guy's has got motorised duck,my little Lisa which not much bigger than this duck were trying

Been on Coniston for two weeks now- and the saying is definitely true!
Had a group of Arctic Tern on the lake last week too, don't see them too often, so that was nice- one of the most beautiful sea birds in flight.

There were a couple of swifts or swallows over the lake in Cambridge yesterday morning - too far away to identify accurately.

Took my 5 year old grandson to the lake yesterday
He was sailing his Piranha and managed to
ram my Marblehead and put a big hole through the deck.

Grand parenting is payback for having kids %) %) %)
Kids give you grey hair etc, grandkids finish you off O0 O0 {-) {-)
Ah but how boring life would be without them.
