Yes, I did and still do our club site on Weebly, it's quite good, with some limitations, but once you get used to the way it works it's not bad.

I'd recommend doing a demo site just to get used to things 1st. Our problem was we were immediately in need of a site so I was learning it as I went, now I've discovered certain things I'm having to go back and alter things. I'd also recommend upgrading to Weebly Pro, think it was around £50 for 2 years, and gives you a few extra features.

It also gives you a chance to get into the coding of the site and change colours etc, not too hard, I googled a list of colour codes, and through trial and error, changing random codes, managed to chance the background colour and menu colour.

The biggest limitation is finding a template that suits what you want.
