Title: Stairs

Hi,
 
Does anyone know where I could buy 48th scale steps for a Flower class Corvette?
 
From the plans they appear to be 2 ft, or 12mm wide. Most commercial steps seem to be of railway scales:- HO is 10mm wide and O is the equivalent of 3 ft, so I assume that is 18mm.
 
Any help appreciated.
