Title: My Latest Tug Project
Post by: Number 6 on October 12, 2013, 11:29:06 am
Morning all.

I thought I'd share a few photos of one of my current projects. It's a 1/32 scale modern style tug based on a Mobile Marine Models Portgarth hull. All the wheelhouse, rear crane are all scratch built using styrene sheet and my own design. Lots still to do of course, I like to make something a bit different from time to time, hope you like it so far. My very busy job has slowed me down considerably over the last year or so.

Dave.  :-)

Hi there John, hope you're OK?  Won't give up on boating,  am very busy with work and can only really do anything on the weekends. Forgot to put what she'll be powered with, they're 2x mobile marine T12 motors driving 60mm Kort props on m5 shafts. There's Rabosech bow thruster fitted too. Not sorted any esc's yet. Got to get some more bits and bobs, may pop up to Blackpool Show.

Dave.  :-)
