I haven't seen this announced anywhere else but at the above site. Seems warships of the plastic model persuasion are going toward 1/200 more and more these days so it is nice to see another destroyer, even if it's Chinese. Trumpeter/Wasan has been producing PLA Navy vessels all along, mainly destroyers and frigates; the 1/200 Courageous, 051B Luhai Class (Shenzhen), 051 Luda Class (several in the class), Harbin, 053H2G (Jiangwei-I Class) and so forth so it's the norm.
Best of all of course is the kit would be ripe for RC conversion.
