Hi all,
Been offline for a couple of weeks while we transitioned to our new home in Spain. this is my little corner that my wife has allowed me to occupy in HER art room {-) Only condition of my occupation is no sawdust and no woodshavings %% My Humber sailing trawler is finally underway as in the pic, soon to be turned upside down on the build board to begin planking, a pic of it on the wall to remind not to lose faith :-)) The basics of this type of build can be found elsewhere on this forum, sadly the OP passed away. So once I reach that point in the build I will post more detailed info on how I progress.

A brave man indeed Brian.
Building plank on frame with no sawdust and wood shavings.
Mind you the weather may allow to work outside when you
get to the dusty phase.
Not like here on the Humber with wall to wall rain.
Don't forget to change your location!
Ned.

Thanks Ned. We had rain here tonight, first fall for the last 8 months according to friends! Mind you it didn't even wet the terrace, evaporated as soon as it hit the floor.
I did think about changing my location but Hull will always be home! Mst of the cutting and trimming can be done inside but major cutting is done out in the toolroom where I can keep my bandsaw,tablesaw etc at the ready. If she had her way I would be out there with all my 'stuff' :}
